Are you having problems with an activity? Try these steps!

  1. Are you using an updated browser? If not, or if you're not sure if you're using an updated browser, download the latest version of your preferred browser by clicking the respective link below:

  1. Download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

  2. Our activities are launched in a pop-up window. This means that you need to make sure that your internet browser's pop-up blocking feature or your pop-up blocking software is either turned off, or is set to allow pop-ups.

  3. If you can't hear any sound, make sure that your speakers and the audio settings on your comptuer are turned up to an appropriate level. Some headphones also have buttons and/or switches that allow you to control the volume. If you're using headphones with this feature, make sure that the volume is turned up there as well.

* Some mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, etc.) do not support Adobe Flash. If you are using a mobile device to view the activities on Edheads, please make sure that it is capable of playing Adobe Flash content.
